Vanesa Aventín Fontana

Deputy General Director of Governance and Coordination of Public Procurement, Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administration

Vanesa Aventín Fontana is a State Civil Administration Technician, has a Law Degree with a degree in Community Legal Law from the San Pablo CEU University and a Master in Laws (LLM) from the University of London.

 Since 2018, she has held the position of Deputy Director General of Governance and Coordination of Public Procurement, from where she performs support functions for higher bodies within the Ministry of Finance and Public Function and legal report, pre-regulation in matters of public procurement, single point of contact at the national level in public procurement both the EU and international organizations including G20, OECD, IMF, monitoring of provisions and acts of the Autonomous Communities in matters of public procurement and, in general, governance of public procurement.
