Eileen Rocard

Eileen Rocard is a Junior Economist in the long-term care (LTC) team in the directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. In the last years, she contributed to the flagship OECD report on LTC workforce, two LTC system reviews on Croatia and Lithuania that informed reform processes, a working paper report on informal carers and several publications on COVID-19 and resilience in LTC.  She holds a master’s degree in health economics of Paris Dauphine University, where she now teaches a course on social protection.
