Making change. Sharing Nordic & Baltic experiences on Working Towards Gender Equality in the Media.
How can the media industry promote gender equality? What difference can activists make? How can research contribute to develop and share knowledge? These issues are in focus when the project Nordic Gender & Media Forum is launching the anthology Making change. Nordic Examples of Working Towards Gender Equality in the Media at a seminar in Vilnius.
The book is a collection of good practices in the Nordic countries and it also presents gender based statistics about film, journalism, computer games and advertising compiled by Nordicom. Examples of good practices from the Baltic countries will also be presented at the seminar. Welcome to join the discussion!
