DESCRIPTION:Europe has adopted new rules\, including on boardroom gender balance\, and the economic case for gender equality is well established. The test now is delivery: whether these measures change who leads\, how people are paid and where capital flows – and whether they strengthen businesses\, innovation and growth.&nbsp\;Starting with EIGE’s evidence\, this conversation will move beyond the business case to examine what implementation looks like. Bringing together national government\, the European Parliament\, business and investment\, it will explore what is changing inside companies\, where national delivery is succeeding and where it still falls short\, and how public and private investment can back talent and enterprise more fairly. Above all\, it will test who is accountable for turning European ambition into measurable results – and what each actor must do next.&nbsp\;
