When care falls short\, what are the consequences for people\, businesses and Europe’s economy – and where can investment make the greatest difference?&nbsp\;Grounded in EIGE’s Gender Equality Index and latest CARE Survey\, this conversation will explore what care looks like on the ground: where people\, care providers\, employers and local authorities face the greatest pressures\, and where change is already possible. It will examine the challenges and opportunities around childcare and long-term care services\, parental leave and work–life balance\, and the quality of care jobs – and ask how investment\, national policies and the forthcoming European Care Deal can help widen labour market participation\, retain talent and deliver on gender equality.&nbsp\;
