It provides a set of good practices on the collection of administrative data sources on violence against women and their related statistical products, covering the sectors of police, justice, health, social services and others. As well as a brief overview of national approaches and mechanisms to collect and produce data on different forms of violence against women, the report highlights the need to monitor implementation of the Victims’ Rights Directive, as well as the Istanbul Convention (for those Member States that have ratified it).
