    Description of the contract The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) envisages awarding a low-value contract to support EIGE’s strategic foresight efforts by providing technical expertise and knowledge in conducting foresight activities and organising stakeholder consultations and co-creation of a workshop. Description of the requested services The tenderer is asked to do the following: Advise EIGE on different strategic foresight methods and tools and propose ways to embed an strategic foresight approach into the current process of planning EIGE’s activities (single programming documents and EIGE’s current Procedure for planning and reporting), including advice on trends and innovations for meaningful, timely and targeted stakeholder consultations.

The contract is carried out within the framework of EIGE’s work on policy support on gender mainstreaming. This study aims at monitoring the EU commitment to the Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA) in area F ‘Women and the Economy’ with a particular focus on women’s financial independence. The study is shaped by EU priorities and can guide the Council in making EU policies more effective in achieving gender equality objectives.

  • Violence against Women Survey II

    The subject of this Open Call for Tenders is “Violence against Women Survey II”. The project involves a joint procurement exercise of FRA and the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE). The overall objective of the contract is the implementation of the survey on violence against women (VAW II). All tasks carried out under this contract shall be executed respecting the relevant legislation and in compliance with the International Standard ISO 20252:2019, ICC /ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice and the WAPOR/ESOMAR Guide for Opinion Polls .The contractor will be responsible for all tasks involving the preparation and implementation of the survey, as well as processing the collected data.
