Viešieji pirkimai

EIGE viešuosius pirkimus vykdo pagal Instituto Finansinių taisyklių 74 str. reikalavimus ir Tarybos Reglamento Nr. 1605/2002 dėl Europos Bendrijų bendrajam biudžetui taikomo finansinio reglamento nuostatas bei jo įgyvendinimo taisykles, Komisijos Reglamentas Nr. 2342/2002.

Pagal Instituto steigimo reglamento – REGLAMENTO (EB) Nr. 1922/2006 nuostatas, Institutas yra juridinis asmuo ir gali sudaryti sutartis su kitomis organizacijomis, siekdamas įgyvendinti savo tikslus.

Sutartys gali būti sudaromos tik sėkmingai užbaigus griežtas konkurso procedūras pagal ES viešųjų pirkimų taisykles.

 

Mažos vertės sutartys, neviršijančios 60 000 eurų

Iškilus būtinybei, reikiamai pagrįstais atvejais EIGE gali įsigyti prekių, paslaugų ir darbų iš ūkio subjektų derybų tvarka. Pirmasis tokių konkursų etapas – išankstinis skelbimas Instituto tinklalapyje apie numatomą pirkimą, kurio vertė viršija 25 000 eurų, bet nesiekia 60 000 eurų.

Bet kuris ūkio subjektas gali pareikšti savo interesą dalyvauti konkurse, tačiau konkurse kviečiami dalyvauti tik atrinkti ūkio subjektai.

Mažos vertės pirkimams taikomos EIGE Bendrosios sąlygos.

Mažos vertės sutartys iki 60.000 eurų

Where necessary and justified, EIGE may invite economic operators for negotiated procurement procedures for the acquisition of supplies, works and services. Ex-ante publicity notices for contracts with a value exceeding 25.000 and below 60.000, on the Institute's website is the first stage through which the Institute may award a contract.

All economic operators may express their professional interest but only those preselected will participate in tendering.

Low-value contracts are governed by EIGE's General Terms and Conditions.
